Turning the potentiometer to “10 o’clock”
= slow down more quickly,
The best calibration is when the
low speed is visible 50cm before MARK.
Auto Target starts to
slow down 3.50m before MARK.

The
torque moment of the motor is kept steady. The controller is
leaving our factory with an optimum adjustment of the “TORQUE
“ and should not be changed.
|
|
|
It
can be adjusted by potentiometer “TORQUE “ but:
to avoid damage to the controller “TORQUE “ is only
to be changed when necessary.
|
|
|
|

Practicable
examples
|
|
|
To
change the basic setting of the “TORQUE “ moment
start with an warmed up controller (+/- half an hour).
NOTE:
Potentiometer “TORQUE” turning forward (clockwise) is
“LESS” = from 12 to 1 o’clock !
|
|
|
Turning
forward the “TORQUE” potentiometer until the motor
stops running
- keep card carrier away from the reset switch
- carefully turn the potentiometer to MORE, - NOTE: increase
is anti clockwise
- you will feel that the card carrier
pushes back more powerful
- minimize the power to as much as
necessary for good transportation
LED light "TORQUE
CONTROL" illuminates when the torque moment is activated.

Under
voltage protector is released at < 170 Volt.
Over voltage
protector activates at approx. 4 Ampere.
LED light "AUTO
FUSE" discharges in case one of the safeties is
activated.Automatic restart after approx. 0,3 Sec.
