AT
100 OR, target shooting lane on rails for Outdoor use.
By
using a railsystem outdoors all intermediate stops, of the AT 100
system, are available. No need of extra stabilisers at each stop,
but a continuous smooth running conveyor.
Running
rails are made of zinc-plated steel, little maintenance like
recoating damaged spots are suggested.
Alternate tracking
rails made of aluminium ˙ L” angle profile and
target trolley on 8 rollers (sandwich). Free options.
Other
advantages of a rail conveyor in comparison to cable:
1) less
draft pressure-cable needs at least 1100 Kg draft per lane -
2)
no up and downturns
with temperature.
At the end a rail system for less
maintenance and costs.
Main-unit
and end-support should be fastened properly.
Ways of fastening
at custumers option: bricking wall or counter of concrete and
wood etc..
Rail fasteners can be placed in combination with
the U- formed stabilisers and pickets. Level of fastening at
customers option.
Motor-unit (IP 54) can be covered or
roofed.
Draft pressure +/- 170 Kg.
