The association is affiliated to the NRA, and The National Shooting Centre of Ireland at Midland Rifle Club Tullamore Co. Offaly.
The Northern Ireland Target Sports Association is a progressive and dynamic target sports club,
and with membership currently exceeding over 600 and increasing on a monthly basis, it is probably the largest shooting club on the island of Ireland.
The Association has benefited from a recently extended full-bore pistol range at Buskhill and the expert training of a qualified instructor and assessor who is also a qualified Range Master.
Many of our members are IPSC competition shooters.
We are always looking at how to improve club facilities for our membership and intend building a new target sports complex to provide indoor and outdoor ranges.
If you know of a location which you think may be suitable for such a facility please let us know.
No matter what your sporting discipline, be it competitive or casual shooting, our ranges will accommodate your requirements. Bring along your own licensed firearms - or ask about trying out some of the Association's firearms.
We supply most common types of centre fire pistol ammunition, such as 9mm, .38 Special, .357 Magnum, .40 S&W and .45 ACP and full-bore rifle in .223 and .308.
Feel free to
contact us for further information on our plans and how to become a member.
